The range of bucket elevators, which includes 49 models, is so wide in order to guarantee the right solution to each specific use depending on the kind of product to convey, on the bucket material and on the working cycles expected.
These machineries have been produced in compliance with the European regulations, using the most up-to-date design and construction systems. Special attention has been paid to the prevention from risks of dust explosion, which is a very current event in Europe.
The range is dived into 2 main classes of machineries, the main differences the design standards used and the surface treatments available:
- ELA Elevators: suitable for standard working loads, made in pre-galvanized plate, they are suitable for working loads typical of storage plats related to the harvesting of agricultural crops
- ETM Elevators: available both in hot dip galvanized and epoxy painted version, they are suitable for intensive working loads.
Both classes include 9 different series of machineries, each one with its own specific building features.
Each series includes several models which mainly differ for the kind of bucket used, which may vary according to the building materials (steel or polyethylene, in standard applications) and to the kind of profile (deep or open).
All machineries may be provided with a declaration of conformity according to:
- 2006/46/CE Instructions
- 94/9/CE – ATEX Instructions, for plants in area 22.
